Andrew Potts Jr. is a dynamic musician and minstrel in the Kingdom of God. Andrew got his start at 9 years of age. His first instrument, the drums, led the way to a greater love of the ivory keys. He began playing the organ at age 20 and his talent grew as the years progressed.

 

His gifts made room for him and afforded him the opportunity to minister nationwide. After years of travelling and exposure to the lifestyle of artists both on stage and behind the scenes, Andrew longed for more. He desired to be apart of a ministry that gave God the glory ALL of the time, that lived what they sang about. It's his philosophy that the best way for Christians to win souls for Christ is to live Christ like.

 

Andrew was determined to bring his desire to fruition and in the end Lemuel was birthed. Lemuel means "Belongs to God" and Andrew chose a group of singers and musicians who all had the same goal, to live for God and spread his word musically. Since the inception of Andrew Potts & Lemuel, Andrew has written, produced and arranged songs that minister to groups of all ages, races and religious backgrounds. Andrew's desire is to convey the message that "No matter the present circumstance, God can bring you through." Andrew enjoys playing and singing for the Lord and being a blessing to others through his music, his only desire is to continue growing musically so that men may see his good works and glorify his Father which is in heaven.
